The Role
We are seeking an experienced Linen Porter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our linen supplies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a constant supply of clean linen for various departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage. You will also be responsible for managing the housekeeping phone and completing guest requests within the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage linen supplies and ensure a constant stock level.
- Process guest requests and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory control.
