Cleaning Manager

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 4 cleaners, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.
- Ensuring all cleaning is done accordingly and timely to high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Coordinate with store management to address specific cleaning needs or concerns.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cleaning management role, preferably in retail, hotels, or similar environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and manage equipment.
