Residential Services Coordinator

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Athenacarehomes. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning and hygiene services to our residents.
About the Role:
This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing a high standard of care and service to our residents. You will work closely with our Head Housekeeper and other members of the team to ensure that our home remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
