Job Description:

As a Residential Services Director at WGC Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. This is a key role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of housekeeping operations, including room checks and productivity improvements
  • Analysis of guest data to inform resource planning and material procurement
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with GM, Hotel Team, and suppliers
  • Identification of opportunities to improve Guest Satisfaction
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety Policy and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Recruitment, training, and management of team members
  • Financial target delivery and budget management
  • Participation in training and professional development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in housekeeping operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
