Are you an experienced Senior Housekeeper looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Senior Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Excelcare Holdings.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Housekeeping Team, ensuring that all areas of the care home are clean and safe at all times. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting our team members, providing coaching and mentoring where necessary.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Housekeeping Team, ensuring that all areas of the care home are clean and safe at all times
  • Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and mentoring where necessary
  • Develop and implement cleaning rotas to ensure that all areas of the care home are clean and safe at all times
  • Work alongside the team to complete tasks and projects
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times
