Seeking a Payroll Manager to Join Our Team

About St Andrews Healthcare

We are a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services, working in partnership with various NHS, voluntary, educational, and research organisations to deliver a range of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide payroll support.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll is integrated with financial systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
