Job Summary:
JGA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Payroll to lead their large payroll function and drive future improvements.
About the Role:
- Lead and oversee a team delivering payroll for over 10,000 employees.
- Continuously review payroll and reward services to create a market-leading function.
- Oversee key projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements.
- Review procedures to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve payroll processes and services.
- Manage and motivate a team of payroll professionals to achieve high-quality results.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive business growth and improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Shared Services environment.
- Project management and implementation experience.
- Team and stakeholder management.
- High-volume payroll experience.
- Strong character with ability to drive change.
