About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Executive Director of Partnerships and Advocacy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our society and make a positive impact on people's lives.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build deeper and more impactful partnerships, extend our influence, and grow our income.

You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership, and develop and implement plans to achieve our goals.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a naturally collaborative approach, who is unfazed by complexity and is comfortable carrying significant personal accountability.

You will bring outstanding leadership, vision, and a relentless focus on purpose, and will be able to build effective trusted relationships, possess strong communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
