We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Advocacy Assistant to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a natural interest in working with press and talent, as well as experience in driving social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Strategy Development: Work collaboratively with the Social, Comms & Advocacy Manager and the marketing team to develop brand and product social and communications strategies.

Influencer Recruitment and Management: Recruit and manage influencer talent, build relationships with agents, and activate paid partnerships.

Talent Identification and Analysis: Identify new rising talents and analyze their KPIs to advise on high-impact partnerships.

Coverage and KPI Achievement: Secure coverage against KPIs across social and press platforms, ensuring a substantial year-on-year increase to drive brand awareness and advocacy/engagement.

PR & Advocacy Strategy Acceleration: Accelerate PR and advocacy strategy to both B2B (Hairdresser) and B2C (Press/Influencer) audiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong creativity, written and verbal skills with an eye for detail.

Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Collaborative Spirit: Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
