Incident Service Leader Role Overview

Diligenta is a leading life and pensions administration service provider, aiming to be the best in class. We're seeking an experienced Incident Service Leader to join our team in Edinburgh, working closely with the Corporate Incidents Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Incident Team Leaders and team members to implement agreed processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Effectively manage resources across the department, planning short-, medium- and long-term resource requirements, and ensuring resulting training and recruitment needs are met.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and embed Consumer Duty focus in working practices.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, ensuring Team Leaders and team members are aware of department progress, strategy, and process amendments.
  • Deliver CI activity for new business migrating onto BaNCs, planning and integrating work into the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Financial Services and Outsourcing, with a focus on client management in a commercially driven environment.
  • Sound technical and product knowledge from a Financial Services organisation, enabling review of Impact Assessments.
  • Experience of performance managing teams in a commercial environment, with hands-on experience of leading and managing teams in a medium-sized Customer Services Operation.
