Incident Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As an Incident Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for completing rectification activities for all corporate incidents for our clients, ensuring they are delivered in line with client and regulatory expectations, while providing efficient and good quality customer service. You will be responsible for all administration on issues that may occur on life and pensions policies when a corporate incident is raised.
You will be working closely with the Corporate Incidents team to identify and resolve issues, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems. You will also be required to communicate with customers via letter or phone to communicate rectification actions, and to provide high-level customer focus at all times.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with excellent written communication skills, who is customer-focused and has a confident, professional telephone manner. You will need to be able to take on board product and process knowledge and apply it quickly, and be able to learn and effectively navigate multiple computer systems. You will also need to be able to work effectively under pressure, and have flexibility and adaptability.
