We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Management Specialist to join our team in Dalgety Bay, Dunfermline. As an Incident Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving ITIL incident/judgement management best practice and leading a team of analysts to ensure all service targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive ITIL incident/judgement management best practice
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of analysts to ensure all KPIs, service targets, and quality standards are met
  • Perform regular weekly meetings with the team to discuss team objectives and pertinent issues
  • Manage workload distribution using our telephony system/ticketing tool to ensure all Service Desk SLAs are met
  • Provide technical and procedural assistance to analysts within the team
  • Drive customer service excellence and professionalism throughout the team, including ongoing assessments of processes and procedures
  • Participate in internal or external qualifications or training courses as deemed appropriate by the training team or line manager

Requirements:

  • Awareness/practice of ITIL incident/problem management
  • Previous experience in managing a team and distributing tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and cover weekends when required
