Job Description

We're looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service to our customers through various channels, including web chat, social media, email, and telephony.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, including resolving complaints and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Log, record, and resolve customer contacts and issues in an efficient and professional manner, using our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints, working with our teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to our customers.
  • Take action on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers and resolve concerns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Excellent PC literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Natural ability to work independently within an established team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust from colleagues and peers.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful, and resilient, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
