The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer contacts through various channels, including web chat, social media, email, and telephony. You will work independently and as part of a team, liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer care through all available channels.
  • Utilize agile and nimble approaches to meet customer needs.
  • Log, record, and resolve customer contacts and issues efficiently.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints, liaising with various departments to reach best resolutions.
  • Act on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers.
