Office Catering Services Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Catering Services Coordinator to join our team at our Shirebrook HQ. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office catering needs while maintaining high standards of hygiene, organization, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of catering equipment and kitchenettes, adhering to food safety regulations, and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Regularly clean and sanitize serving equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Monitor food storage conditions and expiry dates, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels of catering supplies (e.g., coffee, tea, utensils, snacks) and reorder as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring items are easily accessible and well-stocked.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to office staff and guests during events and meetings.
- Deliver service standards ensuring trolley service times are maintained throughout the day.
- Handle feedback and communicate suggestions for service improvements to management.
This is a Monday to Friday role, offering a competitive hourly rate of £11.44. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, we encourage you to apply. A background in food hygiene and safety is desirable but not essential.
