About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at QA. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems using a variety of tools and resources.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to customers and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
