About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Security Manager to join our team at Pan Pacific London. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the security function of One Bishopsgate Plaza, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Operations Management
    • Manage the day-to-day security operations of One Bishopsgate Plaza, including overseeing the security department's operation and maintaining the standards of policies and procedures set by management and the client.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and manage an efficient team, ensuring continued associate motivation through consultation, target setting, and reviews.
  • Security Procedures and Training
    • Establish written standard operating procedures and maintain them through associate training of standards within the security department and other relevant departments that cross-over with security.
  • Incident Response and Reporting
    • Ensure all incidents and accidents are reported in accordance with company policy, including any reports that may need to be made to the enforcing authority.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Provide monthly management reports in a timely manner and attend regular management meetings with the client and other stakeholders.
