About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Security Manager to join our team at Pan Pacific London. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the security function of One Bishopsgate Plaza, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Operations: Manage the day-to-day security operations of One Bishopsgate Plaza, including overseeing the security department's operation and maintaining the standards of policies and procedures set by management and the client.
  • Team Management: Build and manage an efficient team, ensuring continued associate motivation through consultation, target setting, and reviews.
  • Incident Response: Establish written standard operating procedures and maintain them through associate training, ensuring all security associates receive the necessary information, instruction, and training to enable them to fulfill their job description.
  • Risk Management: Ensure all enterprise risk management programs are being followed on a daily/nightly basis, and investigate all matters within One Bishopsgate Plaza relating to security, loss prevention, and health & safety.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide monthly management reports in a timely manner and attend regular management meetings with the client and other stakeholders.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support in the event of a major incident, such as a fire, bomb threat, or terrorist attack.
