Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our prestigious estate as a key member of our Estates Team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all residents, guests, and clients on the estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a constant Security presence on the estate to maintain a safe environment for all.
  • Meet and greet residents, guests, and clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with Concierge and other team members to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Respond to unusual behavior, reporting incidents to the police as necessary.
  • Regularly communicate with control and respond promptly to any incidents.
  • Conduct building rounds and patrols to ensure the site is secure.
  • Accurately report Security and Health and Safety issues or incidents, maintaining records and liaising with the police.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all residents at all times.
  • Respond to resident requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Estates Team to review and maintain policies, company rules, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with management as necessary and follow instructions.
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, responding to individual requests and tasks efficiently.
  • Report accidents and incidents to management immediately.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding residents and Ballymore business.
  • Provide clear and concise information during and at the end of shifts, highlighting any events or incidents.
  • Ensure firefighting apparatus is accounted for and maintained.
  • Report cleaning and maintenance issues on the estate.
  • Report emergencies, breaches of the lease, or serious defects to management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Current SIA Licence.
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
  • Ability to multi-task and time-manage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
