Job Summary

The Estate Security Officer will be responsible for performing the security function of One Bishopsgate Plaza in accordance with the company's rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

· Conducting patrols of the estate, including documented fire route patrols

· Managing access control to various stakeholders

· Managing all key control

· Being fully conversant in the use of security systems, including CCTV and access control

· Assisting in escorting any persons acting undesirably off the premises

· Supporting the loading bay logistics team and receipt of parcels for the private residences

· Managing lost and found property, maintaining records and dealing with enquiries

· Dealing with any fire life safety, security, health & safety and emergency incidents

· Reporting any hazards / safety concerns to management and stakeholders

· Incident / Accident report writing

· Attending and completing all training stipulated by management
