Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Samsic UK Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient security service to our clients, demonstrating the highest levels of customer service and presenting a smart, alert, visible, and commanding security presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct security patrols of all buildings within the Halo Estate, a multi-tenure estate with 710 units.
  • Patrol two car parks and all external perimeters, including assistance with tackling external antisocial behavior outside the main commercial unit on site.
  • Perform a basic litter picking and cleaning service to remove any fire hazards or trip hazards and report findings.
  • Assist in the removal of any potentially hazardous items located on the estate.
  • Arrange ad-hoc additional staff on a 4-hour request, including roles such as security, concierge, and estate services.
  • Report any health and safety/security issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide support to the Night Concierge Officer as per the fire strategy and comply with NHG's company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with all authorities and emergency services.
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding and work with vulnerable client groups.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of security experience (preferred)
  • SIA license required
  • Ability to work night shifts, including Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights from 22:00-07:00
  • Reliable commute or relocation to Stratford, Greater London
