Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and candidates in the ERP, Data, or CRM market
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes from initial contact to placement
  • Negotiate and finalize assignments between candidates and clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 360/full-desk Consultant with 12+ months in the Technology sector (Cloud, Data, SAP & CRM)
  • Successful track record of building a Contract OR Perm book of business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
