Contract Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with clients and candidates in the ERP, Data, or CRM market
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet client needs
- Manage multiple recruitment processes from initial contact to placement
- Negotiate and finalize assignments between candidates and clients
- Proven experience as a 360/full-desk Consultant with 12+ months in the Technology sector (Cloud, Data, SAP & CRM)
- Successful track record of building a Contract OR Perm book of business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Negotiable base salary + uncapped commission potential
