About the Role

Fabric Social is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to junior team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Account Leadership: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and lead pitches to secure new clients and projects.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the team's financial performance is aligned with business objectives.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
