About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team at Fabric Social. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as senior client counsel on two-three key clients, ensuring their accounts are thriving and growing.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and align expectations with junior team members through regular catch-ups and account/project management meetings.
  • Team Mentorship: Line manage junior Client Services team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop into senior leadership roles.
  • New Business Development: Support on and sometimes lead on New Business pitches, delivering excellent, creative solutions to briefs with the support of the Strategy and Creative teams.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a key escalation point for clients and your team.
Requirements
  • Account Leadership: Proven experience in account leadership, with a strong understanding of financial acumen, creative judgment, and strategic thinking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Team Player: A team player who is passionate about mentoring and helping team members excel in their roles.
