About the Role:
Fabric Social is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as senior client counsel on two-three key clients within the agency portfolio, ensuring their accounts are thriving and growing.
- Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and align expectations with more junior members of the client Services team through regular catch-ups and account/project management meetings.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a key escalation point for clients and your team.
- Support on and sometimes lead on New Business pitches, delivering excellent, creative first client solutions to briefs, with the support of the Strategy and Creative teams.
- Line management of more junior Client Services team members with the opportunity to develop into a Senior Leadership role.
Requirements:
- Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients while building effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in account leadership, financial acumen, creative judgment, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, with strong presentation abilities.
- A team player who is passionate about mentoring and helping team members excel in their roles.
