We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Strategist to join our high-performing GTM Operations team at Appian. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for strengthening and scaling the operational capabilities of our Sales Region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth through process improvements, data analysis, and strategic planning. About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on regional sales enablement
  • You possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
  • You have expertise in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and are proficient in Google G-Suite/Microsoft Suite
  • You are a collaborative leader who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
