Customer Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Liaison Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and responsive customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our operational teams to ensure that residents are aware of upcoming work and its impact, and to provide regular updates and communication throughout the project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, local community groups, and other stakeholders to promote positive engagement and social value activities.
- Manage customer engagement through local resident forums and other community-based initiatives.
- Deliver bespoke customer training and induction training to contract colleagues.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a social housing or community-based setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
- IT literate and able to use business and client systems to log, update, and process customer information.
- Full driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
- Ability to manage complex situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
