About the Role

Encocam Ltd is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Lead to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our quality, health, and safety systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective QHSE policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of QHSE activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
