Environmental Projects Coordinator

Job Overview:
Mick George Group seeks a Remediation Site Manager to oversee remediation/environmental projects and support the business in achieving its objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate remediation works in accordance with relevant laws, MGE policies, and health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct site visits, document findings, and prepare accurate quotes.
- Create detailed cost estimates and project timelines.
- Develop risk assessments and method statements in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the office manager to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead site operations, collaborating with the MGE team and clients to meet program and budget targets.
- Conduct site audits and visit reports to help achieve company goals.
- Regularly attend operational, managerial, and supervisory meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with environmental legislation and health and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and remote conferencing tools.
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to create clear, concise quotes, method statements, and reports.
- Understands commercial principles and can manage financial implications.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time under pressure.
- Experience in balancing operational requirements with best practices.
- Possesses a valid driving license.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per year, dependent on experience. Additionally, it comes with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within the company.
