Industrial Sales Director

Nicholas Associates Group seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of their diaphragm pump product range in the UK market. Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance-related bonus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth by expanding market share and nurturing key customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the growth and profitability of the diaphragm pump product range by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Cultivating relationships with key accounts, OEMs, wholesalers, and system integrators.
- Developing and implementing a commercial strategy to strengthen market position and promote sustainability.
Requirements include a degree in a technical or commercial field, strong commercial skills, and the ability to develop and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high integrity, flexibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
