Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our molecular and pathology sales teams in the UK. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive commercial growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the customer landscape and foster a strong sales cycle that drives access to Roche solutions. You will focus on optimising our master opportunity and account data, and ensure effective use of our systems and tools.

Your Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in a healthcare business function, demonstrating leadership, coaching, and commercial insights.
  • Ability to use, manage, and coach on CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
