Job Title: Exhibition Director - Global Events Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Director to lead our global events team and drive revenue growth across three established exhibitions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in exhibitions, strategic planning, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events
- Monitor and analyze event data to inform future strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in exhibitions, preferably in B2B sector
- Strategic thinking and planning experience
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
