Job Title: Strategic Organisational Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team as a Strategic Organisational Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our Operating Model Delivery team, you will play a vital role in shaping our clients' organisations through successful network development, business planning, and organisational design project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initial client contact through workshops and follow-up activities, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that tells the narrative story and transformational blueprint of customer organisations, showcasing their unique needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with top executives on client-facing work, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Leverage OTM's proprietary business transformation methodology to drive meaningful change and improvement within our clients' organisations.
  • Develop consulting skills through on-site training with clients, equipping them with the expertise needed to navigate complex organisational challenges.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant industry experience, particularly in organisational design and business transformation.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel's VBA/SQL, enabling efficient data analysis and effective solution implementation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starting attitude, with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong command of the English language and experience using online collaborative tools like Mural & Miro.
