Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Compensation Director to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our claims and disputes consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forensic investigation of project delays
- Preparation of prospective and retrospective delay analyses
- Preparation of written reports for use in negotiation and dispute resolution processes
- Preparation or defence of extension of time claims
- Monitoring and resequencing of existing programmes
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience as a construction project planner
- Ability to use planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project
- Good working knowledge of various standard forms of contract, including NEC and JCT
- Demonstrable understanding of contract and law within the construction industry
Benefits:
- Basic salary in the region of £95,000 to £120,000 depending on experience
- Pension and bonus scheme
