Job Title: Associate Compensation Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Compensation Director to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our claims and disputes consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forensic investigation of project delays
  • Preparation of prospective and retrospective delay analyses
  • Preparation of written reports for use in negotiation and dispute resolution processes
  • Preparation or defence of extension of time claims
  • Monitoring and resequencing of existing programmes

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience as a construction project planner
  • Ability to use planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project
  • Good working knowledge of various standard forms of contract, including NEC and JCT
  • Demonstrable understanding of contract and law within the construction industry

Benefits:

  • Basic salary in the region of £95,000 to £120,000 depending on experience
  • Pension and bonus scheme
