Nursing Home Manager Position

About the Role:
Queens Park Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Care Home Manager to lead their nursing home in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver high-quality care to residents
• Lead a clinical team and ensure excellent care standards
• Drive occupancy and improve fees through commercial acumen
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff
Requirements:
• Proven track record in care management and delivery
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
• Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5
• Clinical qualification desirable

• Competitive salary package (OTE £96K)

The interview process will be in a two-stage format. Stage One will involve a video call interview with the Owners & Regional Director, followed by an in-person interview with the Owners & Regional Director.
