Job Title: Senior Care Home Operations Manager

Overview:
Queens Park Care is partnering with a family-owned care home provider to recruit a Senior Care Home Operations Manager for their nursing home in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to lead a clinical team and drive occupancy and fee improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver high-quality care within medium/large nursing homes
  • Achieve CI Inspection quality grades of 4's and above in all areas
  • Drive occupancy and improve fees using commercial acumen
  • Lead a clinical team and demonstrate excellent leadership skills
  • Stay up-to-date with Care Inspectorate (CI) Guidelines

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in care home management and leadership
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 5
  • Clinical qualification is desirable
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Driving license and own vehicle required

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format. Stage One will be a video call interview with the Owners & Regional Director, followed by Stage Two - an in-person interview with the Owners & Regional Director.

Location:
The care home is based in Helensburgh and is commutable from Glasgow and surrounding areas. All enquiries and applications will be strictly confidential.
