We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and taking ownership of our relationships with existing clients, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our contractual obligations, and promoting the organization\u2019s scope of offerings to identify additional sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and manage KPIs and SLAs for each client and contract
  • Oversee renewals and extensions for client contracts, including financial and performance-based KPIs
  • Promote the organization\u2019s scope of offerings and identify additional sales opportunities to support the company\u2019s growth targets
  • Build and nurture essential relationships with our new and existing client base, responding to queries, concerns, or issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Take ownership of specific projects, such as the rollout of new firmware, relocations, or new additions to the client\u2019s existing estate
  • Work with various departments to identify and define requirements for complex issues, designing and implementing positive outcomes
  • Undertake business travel as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a client-facing, fast-paced, and KPI-led environment
  • Proven experience building strong client relationships and ensuring retention within a client portfolio
  • Experience owning budgets, raising POs, managing invoices, and project management
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
