  • Understand and manage KPIs and SLAs for each client and contract

Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a client-facing, fast-paced, and KPI-led environment
  • Proven experience building strong client relationships and ensuring retention within a client portfolio
  • Experience owning budgets, raising POs, managing invoices, and project management
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
