Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding and managing KPIs and SLAs for each client and contract

Requirements
  • Proven experience of working within a client-facing, fast-paced, and KPI-led environment
  • Proven experience of building strong client relationships and ensuring retention within a client portfolio
  • Experience owning budgets, raising POs, managing invoices, and project management
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and organisational skills
