  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Client Services, Product, and Development, to identify and define requirements for complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing, fast-paced, and KPI-led environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and experience owning budgets and managing invoices.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
