Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team at Ki Insurance. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments, in compliance with regulatory bodies and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time, in line with defined internal deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Rewards, Wellbeing and Benefits Lead, as well as the finance and wider HR department, to ensure the payroll process runs smoothly.
  • Ensure all data is approved and audit resilient, and liaise with finance to reconcile control accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Run weekly starter, leaver, and mover reports to confirm changes and ensure accuracy across the payroll.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a thorough understanding of relevant payroll-related statutory PAYE and NIC legislation, including principles of best practice. Proven experience in running a payroll in a stand-alone role is highly advantageous, as is prior experience working in a complex, regulatory environment.
