Key Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls for a portfolio of senior clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior administrators, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Assist with the onboarding process and payroll setup for new clients, ensuring seamless integration.
- Contribute to system enhancements, driving process improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- 2 years of payroll experience in a client/bureau setting, with a strong understanding of payroll legislation.
- 4-5 years of general payroll experience, with a focus on systems knowledge, including Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality results, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
