p>Join Portfolio Payroll, a leading provider of payroll services, as a Senior Payroll Administrator. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our in-house payroll team. h3>Key Responsibilities/h3>p>As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our employees' pay. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. h3>Key Duties:/h3>ol>li>Process monthly payrolls, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time./li>li>Enter and verify payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates or deductions./li>li>Process SSPs, SMPS, PAYE, NP, and BIA./li>li>Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements./li>li>Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues./li>li>Prepare and submit payroll reports to the Finance department./li>li>Assist with the year-end payroll process./li>li>Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance./li>li>Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes and efficiencies./li>/ol>h3>Requirements:/h3>ol>li>Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally within a property or similar environment (5+ years)./li>li>Experience with cloud-based payroll software./li>/ol>h3>What We Offer:/h3>ol>li>Competitive salary and benefits package./li>li>Opportunities for professional growth and development./li>li>Option for study support and funded professional development./li>/ol>
