We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a SEN Learning Support Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support to students with ASC/ASD and comorbid conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with Autism, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Assist with classroom activities, adapting materials and resources as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with Autism and associated conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations
- Degree or equivalent in Special Education or related field
