Education Support Worker for Children with Autism

Academics LTD is seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with Autism (ASC / ASD) and comorbid conditions, and be able to provide individualized support to students in a variety of settings.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement, motivation, and behavior, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure a comprehensive educational program.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism (ASC / ASD)
- Knowledge of ASC/ASD and comorbid conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
