Senior Property Strategist

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Head- Contract Management. As a strategic leader, you will oversee all borough-wide repairs and maintenance functions for our housing stock.
The successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for the DLO and contract management of third-party delivery partners. Key skills include a degree in building or construction surveying, extensive management experience, and strong communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in improving the quality of housing for our tenants. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional results and willing to take difficult decisions to achieve the right outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic oversight of repairs and maintenance functions
