Children's Residential Deputy Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager in our Children's Residential service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our residential team members, ensuring they deliver high-quality care and support to children in our care.

About Our Service:

Our Children's Residential service provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people who require specialist care and support.

We have a strong focus on providing individualised care and support, tailored to each child's unique needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of residential workers, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • To work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and best practice standards.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £43,908.80 per annum, based on your training and experience.
