The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma or equivalent qualification and a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem. They will be responsible for leading the team in delivering high-quality care services and supporting the children's physical, emotional, social, and educational needs.

About the Role
  • Lead the Residential Childrens Home team in delivering exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Mentor and develop less experienced staff.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £29,720 to £37,852.80 per annum (£13.25 - £17.16 P/hr).
