Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Bellco. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, providing exceptional member services, and identifying sales opportunities.
As a Business Development Associate, you will maintain thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services, evaluate sales opportunities, recommend products, and establish new accounts.
You will interact with members in person, by email, and by phone, demonstrating strong communication and data entry skills. Bilingual Spanish language skills are preferred, and notary services and understanding of Credit Union products are required.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), supplemental life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays.
