Job Title: Head of Climate Stewardship

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our climate stewardship activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction, governance, and operations of our climate action initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive climate stewardship strategy, aligned with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead a team of senior specialists and specialists in regional engagements, strategic projects, and operations.
  • Collaborate with network conveners, industry leaders, and civil society organizations to drive decision-making and foster long-term relationships.
  • Oversee the management of signatory relationships, focusing on retention and growth of investor signatories in key strategic markets.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in general management, team leadership, and project coordination, involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, committed to fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable expertise on climate change and related issues, with a deep understanding of investor stewardship and system-level sustainability issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to varied stakeholders, empowering them to develop their expertise in engagement and technical understanding.
